Renovation and extension works in Linlithgow. Major works done to the rear of the house using steel to support the existing rear aspect of the home. The aim of this project was for our customer to expand the ground floor to accommodate their growing family.

Our customer the the Craiglochart area of Edinburgh was wanting a builder to help them implement their building plans. We converted a garage into a utility/boot room with a dividing wall to give our customer a hobby workshop. We also installed a new light well through the main roof into the main kitchen which we had also installed for them. A composite deck was all that was needed to wrap the home together

Our customer in West Calder contacted us for their building needs. An extension to the back of their home which would give an open plan area from their kitchen into the extension. A bathroom, media wall and an installation of a kitchen island was also required

This extension in Broxburn was a fairly simple on. Our customer require a utility room so that they could prepare themselves and their dog before and after walks. We also moved there washing machine and dryer into the room giving them more space in their kitchen. Three Velux windows were also installed in the main roof with light wells so that the original kitchen didn't suffer any issues of natural daylight because of the extension.

One of our most complex jobs was on Linlithgow High street working with a historical building. Our customer had a timber frame building for us to erect, along with a room dormer in the old part of the house as you can see in this picture.
